The Human Resources Work Group is charged with developing human resource policies, protocols or programs that promote diversity, equity and inclusion across golf industry employers.  To that end, the Human Resources Work Group is advancing the following key objectives:

  1. Execute an industry-wide employee survey to identify what attributes make the golf industry a great place to work
  2. Leverage the survey results to inform the creation of an Inclusive Workplace Toolkit with tools and templates designed to bolster HR-specific shared Standards of Commitment for industry employers
  3. Leverage the survey results with the Talent Acquisition Work Group to inform employer brand/messaging development for golf industry employers collectively
  4. Create a universal dashboard tracking the composition of each employer’s workforce, as well as their employees’ sentiment about the workplace relative to inclusion
