Background
In the summer of 2020, PGA of America CEO Seth Waugh, PGA TOUR Commissioner Jay Monahan and LPGA Commissioner Mike Whan invited the golf industry to come together to help solve two simultaneous challenges: how to build on the momentum that golf has experienced since the pandemic began and how to bring greater diversity to our sport.
Mission
We are committed to making our sport more diverse, equitable, and inclusive through collective action across the industry with specific focus on education and skill development, player development, marketing and communications, talent acquisition, human resources, and procurement.
