The Next Generation

Getting younger

New generation of golfers

Currently, millennials play 93 million rounds each year and spend about $5 billion annually on golf. With 6.4 million millennial golfers in the U.S. today (2nd largest behind Gen X) and comprising 28% of all participation, it is critical the industry promotes and engages all new golfers, including 18-to-34-year olds. The industry has partnered to provide greater awareness on new generations of golfers, including what’s of interest to this age group and how to communicate with them before, during and after their interaction.
